Qingyuan Manchu Autonomous County Lichang Native Produce Co., Ltd. is rooted in the heart of the Changbai Mountains in Qingyuan Manchu Autonomous County. Blessed with the unique pristine forest mushroom resources of Northeast China, the company was founded by Mr. Du Chengliang. Deeply engaged in the entire Northeast wild mushroom industry chain for 25 years, it has grown into a full-chain, professional leading mushroom enterprise integrating source procurement, raw material trade, primary processing, deep-processed prepared food production, omni-channel brand operation, and global cross-border export.
The founder, Mr. Du Chengliang, entered the mushroom industry at the age of 20 with his original aspiration. Now 45 years old, he has persevered through 25 years of challenges and has never left the Northeast mushroom industry. Starting from scratch as a grassroots rural peddler, he built the business step by step, fully witnessing the industry's evolution from individual trading to standardization, branding, and globalization. After years of business model iterations, he officially registered and established Lichang Native Produce Co., Ltd. in 2015, completing the transition from individual business to standardized corporate operations. In 2022, he founded Donggudi Food Co., Ltd. through sole investment, filling the gap in the deep processing segment of the mushroom supply chain. From 2025 to 2026, the company comprehensively advanced product standardization and brand upgrades, while officially launching its overseas export business, realizing a magnificent transformation from a small peddler to a full-industry-chain brand enterprise.
Currently, the company has established a sound and modern organizational structure with clear responsibilities, consisting of six core departments: Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehousing, Human Resources, and Finance. The company now employs over 100 staff members, including a professional management team of more than 20 people, with an annual turnover steadily exceeding 100 million RMB. Relying on the premium resources of the Changbai Mountains, a mature and stable supply chain system, and a full-category product portfolio, it has become a leading and highly reputable professional mushroom full-industry-chain service provider in Northeast China.
