Products Description
• Frozen Suillus granulatus is made from wild mushrooms gathered in the Changbai Mountain forest area and cleaned soon after collection.
• Muddy roots and damaged sections are removed by hand. The soft, dense flesh suits chicken stew, soup, hot pot, and quick stir-frying.
In Northeast China, Suillus granulatus is often called song mo or yellow slippery jack. It has a softer bite than many cultivated mushrooms and carries a clear pine-forest character. Fresh material reaches the factory with root ends and forest soil still attached. Workers trim those areas, wash the mushrooms, and inspect them again. Our Frozen Suillus granulatus enters frozen processing without a long holding period. After thawing, whole mushrooms can go into chicken or pork-rib stew. Sliced pieces cook well with potatoes, onions, cabbage, or clear broth. Normal simmering leaves the mushroom body visible, and the flesh takes up seasoning without quickly turning into small fragments.
